·         Experience in data mart life cycle development, performed ETL procedure to load data from different sources into Data marts, Data warehouse and DSS using Informatica Power Center 8.1.1/7.1/6.2 - Designer, IDQ(Informatica Data Quality), IDE(Informatica Data Explorer), Source Analyzer, Warehouse Designer, Transformation Developer, Mapplet Designer, Mapping Designer, Workflow Manager and Workflow Monitor.

·         Expert Developer skills in Teradata RDBMS, initial Teradata DBMS environment setup, development and production DBA support, use of FASTLOAD, MULTILOAD, TPUMP, and Teradata SQL and BTEQ Teradata utilities.

·         Proven track record in planning, building, and managing successful large-scale Data Warehouse and decision support systems. Comfortable in both technical and functional applications of RDBMS, Data Mapping, Data management, Data transportation and Data Staging.

·         Experience with Relational and Dimensional Modeling. Created Star and snow flake models for Data warehousing application.

·         Experience in data migration and upgradation to informatica 8.6.0 from version 8.1.1.

·         Experience in building Data Integration and Workflow Solutions and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) solutions for data warehousing using SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS).

·         Experience with development and maintenance of Informatica mappings, workflows and other tasks, experience in creating reusable objects.

·         Experience in implementing update strategies, incremental loads and change Data capture.

·         Have worked with various databases like Oracle 11g/10g/9.2/8.1.7, SQL Server 2000/2005 and DB2/UDB.

·         Involved in all types of Administration for Informatica Power Center (Both User and System Administration).

·         Implemented performance tuning techniques on Targets, Sources, Mappings and Sessions.

·         Expertise in using SQL*LOADER to load Data from external files to Oracle Database.

·         Experience in creating and using Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views and packages in Different databases.

·         Experience in OLAP tools such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Oracle Business Intelligence (Designer and Reporter).

·         Experience in database development skills using Oracle PL/SQL to write stored procedures and functions.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively working as a team member as well as an individual. Experience in working with Off-shore and Near-shore models.
