The Applications Project Manager is in a leadership role and mentors the project team to ensure the success of assigned projects. The systems are a blend of legacy and package software. Responsibilities: 1. Must have 5-7+ yrs managing development & implementation software projects. 2. Must have Web/Ecommerce engagements PM SME utilizing Agile methodologies with competencies with the following capabilities: a. Project Initiation & Integration Management b. Scope Management * c. Time Management d. Cost Management * e. Quality Management * f. Resource Management * g. Risk Management 3. Must have significant exp Managing & executing cost-effective decisions regarding Web/E-Commerce delivery 4. Any knowledge of Websphere products would be helpful 5. Must have significant exp facilitating meetings and providing clients with regular reports, identifying and managing issues that may impact the Service delivery to clients. 6. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 7. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 8.
