Enterprise Planning and Operations supports the operational aspects for the SAP Enterprise, including SOX compliance.
Describe what the ETW will be doing in this role:
o Analysis of audit processes to ensure the process is lean and is meeting the associated control is important part of this role.
o Assisting the SAP Sox Project Manager with all auditing tasks. This includes but is not limited to running self audits, validating results against audit controls and creating reports and communicating status of audit controls. Ability to create/modify Excel and Word documents used for tracking control status. Ability to analyze audit results and identify areas of concern and escalate to management staff. Assisting project manager with meeting notes. Coordinating and communicating the expectations and deliverables by quarter/month, etc to responsible managers and team members per control.
o Facilitation of audit status meetings.
Skills/Roles Required for this Position: (Please quantify the years of experience)
Top Must Have:
Intermediate to senior level business system analysis experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills including some meeting facilitation. Ability to clearly articulate SOX control goals and objectives. Strong information seeking skills, analytical skills and drive to make things happen. Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management. Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group. Ability to network and utilize internal and external resources.
Software Experience: Microsoft Office – ability to use Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Nice to Have/Highly Desired, but not required:
Must have 4 year University Degree in Business or other relevant subject area.
If the 4 year University Degree is not held, then 4 years applicable business experience in lieu of a degree is required. Experience working as a system security analyst, especially SAP security, would be extremely helpful. Experience working as a compliance analyst is another added plus.
