Position: SUN IDM Consultant Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 Months with possibility of Extension Rate: Best $/Hr All Inclusive Start Date: ASAP Positions: One DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for the development and implementation of technology solutions for Identity & Access Management (IAM). The successful candidate will be supporting the automation of business processes to provision a wide variety of user entitlements/assets, enabling Single Sign On to candidate applications, and extending the capabilities of automated provisioning of computer resources. Compliance with formal project management methodology to assess risk and to plan both the timelines and the resources required to deliver these solutions is needed. Coordination of multiple parties to gather requirements and assist in the choice of appropriate technology to be used; including purchased software or service solutions, develop the solution, test it, and implement it on time, within budget, in compliance, and with high quality while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues, regular status reports, and ongoing communication is involved. Will provide work direction for other individuals as needed to produce required results. Ensure ongoing availability of these solutions through 7 x 24 second-level technical support. This support is occasionally required on evenings, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal Monday through Friday work hours. Maintain and enhance leadership, teamwork, communication, and professional technical skills through informal, formal, and on-the-job training. Perform other special duties as assigned. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: * XPRESS, * LDAP, * Sun Identity Manager, * Sun Directory Server, * Sun Access Manager * Active Directory Administration, * Sailpoint BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: · 1 to 5 years of application development and support experience using the Java, J2EE, JDBC, SQL, XML, & JSP development. · Experience with web, server, and thin client. · 1 to 5 years of technical analysis and design using OO concepts and design patterns. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: · 1 to 5 years of application development and support experience using DB2 or other relational databases. · Experience with Java Script, Hibernate, and EJBs is also a plus. * WebSphere, * Rational Software Development Platform, * SOA, * Web Services, * .NET Development, * SDLC, * Version Control Tool (MKS/CVS), * SPML, * SAML, * Federated Identity, * Solaris, * AIX. * Role Based Access Control (RBAC),s * Knowledge of and/or experience with IAM infrastructure. * Knowledge of and/or experience with railroad operations and support. * Strong leadership, teamwork, and communications skills.
