Description · Provide moderately complex integration architecture and design for end-to-end solutions at a middleware level. · Optimize the performance characteristics of an integration environment by planning, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting various applications and platforms. · Perform moderately complex technical troubleshooting and development with an understanding of database, network, and system performance configuration and tuning techniques. · Assist in distributed systems monitoring, administration, configuration and maintenance for production, test and disaster recovery environments. · Ensure that all integration configuration components are consistent with respect to one another and are executable. · Assist Infrastructure to develop procedures and documentation to ensure that each build and previously built environment may be recreated and/or recovered. · Provide 1st and 2nd level on-call support to Menlo Integration and Application teams. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent in training and experience is required. · 10+ years of in-depth experience in software development, B2B/A2A integration, and disaster-recovery. · 3+ Years of TIBCO Active Enterprise and/or TIBCO Active Matrix experience. · Experience with EAI/BPM tools and processes for TIBCO products such as: EMS, RV, Hawk, Integration Manager, BPM, Business Works ,ADB Adapter, Ledgers Review and Designer · Experience in detail design and development with TIBCO suite of products. · Working experience in performance tuning, transactional tracking, troubleshooting and enhancing the existing environment · Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in dynamic environment with a broad range of end-user configurations; participate in a team environment and build strong working relationships. · Strong communication skills (oral and written); communicate effectively with support peers, end users, and all levels of corporate management; manage vendor communication; ability to create and host presentations; ability to visualize ideas into diagrams and presentations. · Ability to provide 7x24 support in a multi-faceted global corporation.
