*Duration: 12+ Months* *F2F Might be Required* *Job Description:* - Software Developer for various Web Applications written on the Java Enterprise Edition platform. - 4-6 years of Java Web Application experience. - Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server and Oracle. - Desired skills also include familiarity and/or experience with application frameworks such as Struts/JSF/Wicket, Hibernate, JCR/Apache Jackrabbit, experience creating custom WCMS(web content management system) based sites, Log4J, WebServices development, Unit Testing, and a passion for open-source libraries. *Duties and Responsibilities* - Follows, enforces, and contributes to the development of AT&T Hosting and Application Services methodologies, standards and best practices using professional concepts, methodologies and company policies for web application development, including design, coding, testing, integrating, deploying and maintaining applications. - Applies diverse knowledge in areas of data analysis, data modeling, requirement analysis, rapid application development and design, and database development / design. - Uses professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to provide support for operational problems of a complex scope. - Acts as a point of escalation to others for these issues. - Ability to understand and analyze Clients Business Processes, lead Business Process discussions with clients, and recommends implementation best practices. - Coordinates with Project Managers and Business Analysts on all activities and deliverables to meet implementation time frames. - Contributes to requirements gathering, scope definition, and technical components of proposal development - Normally receives no instructions for routine work and general instructions for work by exception. - Leading member of a development team, personally contributing complex components and coaching/mentoring other team members. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with little or no guidance. *Skills Inventory:* · Java Enterprise Edition · JSP / Servlets · JCR / Apache Jackrabbit · SQL · Hibernate · JUnit · Eclipse · Linux or Unix · Wicket · Web Services / SOA *Thanks and Regards, * *Jaspal** e4Site, Inc. d/b/a Visionaire** 3290 E.
