This requires advanced knowledge of the business, technologies, applications, integration and interfaces within the Individual Annuity Line of Business. · Work closely with business partners and stakeholders to define requirements and document automation solutions that align with the business needs and also consistent with the development standards and technical requirements. · Work on complex projects, requiring advanced knowledge in a number of technologies and business. · Demonstrate ability to understand technical aspects of projects and integrate into business requirements and deliverables. · Assist with the preparation and entry of metadata into the appropriate repository. · Act as a point of contact for issues related to business requirements. · Active participation in the planning, coordination and execution of testing efforts. · Analyze and determine business requirements for data acquisition, universe and reports. · Attend requirement gathering sessions and document results in predefined templates/business specification documents. · Reverse engineer requirements from existing reports in some cases. · Provide input into the business element names and definitions for Information Stewardship Certification. · Document business element names and definitions for Information Stewardship Certification. · Attend Information Stewardship Certification meetings and update documents based on meeting notes. · Approve data element names and definitions to be sent to the Information Stewardship Committee for certification. · Liaison with IT Teams, developers and business partners. · Perform impact analysis and provide input into project estimates (may include the analysis of multiple solution options). · Create Business Object reports. · Work Request/Tracker management (all life cycles). · Coordinate detailed research activities with developers and business customers.
