If not possible, let us know on submission. * Due Date - 12/15 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This request is for a Web Programmer Analyst 3 having experience and knowledge with systems analysis, multi-layered object oriented design techniques, Microsoft Web applications architecture and development software to be responsible for designing, developing and supporting web applications in VB.NET, pertaining to Child Support programs in Wisconsin. The Division of Family & Economic Security, Bureau of Child Support uses several web applications to manage the various aspects of the program. These applications include: Child Support Online Services (CSOS) for participant financial and personal information; Lien Docket Web for Lien information; and License Certification Web for occupational and recreational license information. Project duties will be to work as a programmer analyst and part of a team to develop and maintain child support applications in a Microsoft environment using web tools and techniques. Project duties will also include analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, development of user documentation, training materials and help screens. ***THIS IS A REPOST OF RFS# WISCJP00003545 which did not yield a hire.*** This position requires knowledge of and experience with systems analysis and multi-layered object oriented design techniques; estimates for analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation tasks; and methods used to develop, install and maintain large complex web and mainframe data information systems and also require knowledge methods to create detailed project/system plans. Successful candidates must have proven experience in systems development and maintenance activities, emphasizing technical architecture analysis and design, project planning and management and also including construction, testing and debugging, documentation, and effective written and verbal communications.
