Qualifications: 1. ASP.NET 3.5 web programmer with 2+ years experience writing web apps and web/WCF services in Visual Basic using AJAX and JavaScript in VS2008. 2. Experience in Oracle 10.x using .NET Oracle.DataAccess (ODP) library also highly desirable. 3. Like to have a computer-related degree or 2 to 4 years of additional programming experience. a. Some recent experience is also required using a data access layer (DAL) to manipulate business objects via class (.vb) libraries, writing .ASCX user controls, and writing XML interfaces. 4. The ideal candidate would also know Oracle PL/SQL development and package developement, CSS, Crystal Reports for Visual Studio, unit testing, HTML, Visio IT experience in any heath care or government environment is nice to have, not required 5. Candidates will be programming to a specification, so a cooperative, team-oriented personality with the ability to read and comprehend IT-oriented English is a must.
