Salary: Commission Basis on Closure till Probation period of 3 Months Title: IT Recruiter Experience: Minimum 1 Year Number of Positions: 2 Required: • Handled US recruitment in various Technologies. It involved interacting with consultants and clients to get the work done in a professional manner, including resumes screening, Job ad placement, negotiating rates, scheduling interviews, keep follow up etc. • Expertise in full recruitment life cycle in IT staffing contracting and Permanent Placements in US market and well known about the cycles like W2 / 1099 / CTC. • Excellent and having proficient knowledge in recruiting and Business Development techniques such as Vendor Networking, Job Boards, (Dice, Monster, Search 4 Jobs etc) Internet search and Internal Database. • Dealt and Placed with almost all types authorized consultants such as US Citizens, GC’s, H1-B & TN Visa and Placing • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork • Used personal contacts, made cold calls, and used search agents to find candidates, requirements and sales leads. • Heavily used candidate resumes, submittals, interviews, closures, and sales recruiting tracking system. • Responsible for posting advertisements for various Engineering professionals on computer job boards on the Internet. • Creating and maintaining daily reports. Generation of weekly and monthly reports Title: Senior BDM Experience: Minimum 3 Years Number of Positions: 1 Required: - Responsible for getting new requirements and also staffing those requirements. Maintained exceptionally good relationship with client & vendor managers & hiring managers. - Involved in evaluation, placements, of consultants and employers in US market (RPO) and handling and manage the team of consultants in their respective technologies. - Used to build up relationship with the prime vendors and the clients by calling them and enquiring about their need for manpower in their company’s and for their clients as well - Was involved in the complete cycle of generating IT requirements, Fully understanding the client requirement, sourcing resources, negotiating rates/salaries, screening the candidate, conducting reference checks, presenting profile to the client, co-ordinating interviews, awaiting client feedback, ensuring candidate joins and finally maintaining constant contact & developing relationship with client and consultant. - Placed high-end technical professionals in the area of Information Technology Industry in contract, contract-Hire and full-time positions. - Responsible for mentoring and providing on-going training and support for new recruiters and serve as a resource for learning and navigating senior technical policies and procedures. - Very well versed with market rates and salaries for various IT skill sets. - Very skilled in handling candidate & vendor related issues & posses the ability to turn things from a negative to a positive win-win situation for everybody. - Was looked upon as the sole point of contact for answers to any questions related to the IT consulting industry.
