*Business Systems Analyst*
This resource will be the liaison between the Business and Systems teams; so
must have exceptional communication skills. Will play business role on
Software Project. Will provide requirements development; gathering
requirements and transition them into technical requirements for the SW
development team. Must also have Process Mapping experience; experience
working with Visio; any experience with iGraphix is a huge plus. Must have
experience working with either Waterfall or lean Agile. Must have
experience working with testers; helping them set a foundation.
