Please find if you are comfortable with the given Job Need and send me your Updated Resume along with your expected rate for this project ASAP MAC Consultant Location: Cary, NC Duration: 6 months Job Description: * Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user Macs, PCs and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels. * Execute moves, adds, changes and deletes (MACD) requests as they are submitted. * Onsite Hands and Feet support for Datacenters, Network devices , video monitoring equipment etc. * Responsible for world class user support on established SLO's at regional locations. * Applies a comprehensive and in depth working knowledge of IT support. * Communicate and resolve IT support issues with the business * Manage IT request handling. * Co-ordination with 3rd party vendors * Responsible for correct execution of contingency plans, backups, security and documented procedures at regional locations. * Responsible for world class user support on standard hardware and software. * Monitor and enforce IT standards compliance. * Responsible for on call hands and feet support on weekends and out of hour for all Severity 1 incidents or outage * Participate in new hardware and software implementations or upgrades. * Accurately document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, repair, installation, and removal. * Assist in technical specifications for purchase of PCs, desktop hardware and related products. * Performing analysis of video feeds as and when needed * JAMF Management Tool exposure is an added advantage *Thanks & Regards,* *Yunus Basha* Trident Consulting INC | West Hills CA 91307| Tel: 925-353-3776 Email: [email protected]* *|* * http://www.tridentconsultinginc.com/** *Linkedin:* * *http://www.linkedin.com/pub/yunus-basha/1a/636/b79 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "KNOW.IT" group.
