The candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle with progressive track record. * * *Job Description* Sourcing qualified candidates with in time limits using traditional and creative sourcing techniques. Extensive experience in using Job-boards Strong negotiation skills,negotiating the rates with consultants and employers as applicable. Review contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and payment terms. Strong knowledge of US geography and familiarity with US tax terms. Should have good understanding of W2,1099,and Corp-to-Corp. Should have good experience in Online Recruitment and also have good exposure in CV tuning, Mass mailing, sourcing, evaluating and validating technical profiles under significant time constraint. Able to Convert OPT students into Company full time employees Willing to work in US timings.
