Project Duration: 6 Months Location: Alpharetta, GA # of openings: 4 *Max Pay Rate: $45/hr* *Required Skill Set for Developer* Develops and supports Savvion SBM (Savvion BusinessManager) Business Process Management (BPM) suite. *Software Tools: Savvion BPM** *Languages: PHP, Java, SQL SOA(Service Oriented Architecture): IBM MQ Series, Web Services, Communication Protocols: SOAP, JMS Web Technologies: JMS, JSP, Servlets, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, XML, WebSphere Methodologies: Database: Oracle 9i or later, SQL Server or MYSQL, JDBC & ODBC IDE Tools: Eclipse Technologies: Platforms: MS Windows *Max Pay Rate: $35/hr** Required Skill Set for the Business Analyst:* Business Analyst -process mapping -redesign and automate processes -Exp with BPM suite -Savvion Exp (VERY strong plus) Description: The selected Savvion BPM Consultant will be responsible for process analysis, process improvements, and process implementation into our client's Savvion Business Process Management (BPM) application. Deliverables will consist of the following: Document current state of the process Enhance the process to include quality controls, audit trail, reporting, and efficiencies Document future state of the process using Savvion's Business Process Modeler or Savvion Business Process Studio (other business process management platforms will be considered) Implement the process(es) into the hosted Savvion BPM instance End user will have basic GUI which to read instructions, log notes, log error information, and log completion status GUI will need data elements as necessary to execute workflow and controls Savvion process design to track process end to end Adhere to documented CLIENT process and Savvion process design standards Training bulletins / instructions to support roll-out of process(es) on Savvion BPM to users Out of Scope: Installation and administration of Savvion's server-side components Automation of tasks (to be done in a later phase) Data integration or data interfacing between Savvion BPM and other applications except where either very easily are obtainable or required to complete an objective / deliverable (to be done in a later phase) Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Science (CIS, MIS, CS, BIS, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering); technical training equivalent; or an equivalent in education and/or experience (required) Savvion BPM Consultant Required Qualifications: 6+ years of process, business, or systems analysis Experience with formalized analysis and design Process deployment onto BPM product Deployment of process(es) to user community Preferred Experience: Employee benefits (health and welfare) administration COBRA benefits administration Insurance carrier enrollment / disenrollment administration Savvion BPM version 7.5 (strongly preferred) Other BPM platform Systems auditing Six Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
