Loc: Sacramento, CA Need only US Citizen’s JOB Summary: The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is a leader within the Quality Assurance and testing teams, providing mentorship and guidance to other analysts and engineers. Candidate will be responsible for performing and/or overseeing all phases of the testing process. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is self-directed and able to perform assigned tasks with little or no guidance. The T-3 Quality Assurance Analyst team will, as a whole, be responsible for Quality Assurance for all T-3 systems, including a new web site and medical management system. A senior analyst must be able to oversee the work of both on-site as well as external testing resources. Essential duties and Responsibilities: • Review business requirements and technical design documents. • Create QA documents (Test Plan, Test Cases/Results). • Execute manual Test Cases. • Create and execute automated Test Scripts (Quick Test Pro & Load Runner). • QA bug fixes and defect resolution as needed. • Attend status meetings, team meetings, etc. • Prepare status reports (task progress, test execution). • Liaison between HNFS QA Associates and best shore testing resources in a 1:3 ratio. Requirements: Education: An undergraduate degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other information technology-related field including course work in systems analysis and programming, and operating systems is desirable. Certification/License: Applicable programming and analysis certifications desired. Experience: • Minimum four years of experience developing and executing application software test plans and test cases, and leading small test teams. • Microsoft Word and Excel • SQL experience desired. • Quality Center experience required. • Quick Test Pro experience required. • Load Runner experience required. • Experience testing in SOA environment desired. • Healthcare application development experience is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Ability to provide accurate work estimates and deliver projects on schedule. • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to mentor, and have strong analytical and technical documentation skills. • Ability to create, debug, manage and execute QTP and LR scripts.
