W2 is possible but would have a lower rate point (covering employer costs for w2). * Expenses: In the rate quoted above * Face-to-Face: Client may (not likely) request a face-to-face after phone screen. Intermediate Level - May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in MIS. Familiar with multiple approaches to problem-solving. Familiar with a Microsoft-based as well as variety of programming languages, operating systems, and computer hardware platforms.
