PeopleSoft developer - 2-3 years experience with PeopleTools I & II and Application Engine experience. The selected contractor will need to be able to look up and decipher files/programs (flat files, COBOL programs, and Easytrieve programs). Experience in batch processing/file transfer needed. Good verbal/written communication skills are necessary.
