Titles: *PeopleSoft Administrator/DBA* - 2 positions and *PeopleSoft
Developers - 3 positions*

Start Date: Monday 1/24 (need candidates tomorrow to start reviewing)

Bill rate: $70/hr; Conversion Salary: 110K – 120K

Location: Remote w/Travel - Preferably located in east coast and not a high
cost city

Travel: Will be required and funded



*PeopleSoft Developers - 3 positions*

*Job requirements*

·         3-7 years of experience programming and developing PeopleSoft
applications

·         Require strong PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleCode,
Application engine, Component Interface, SQR Reports experience.

·         Strong SQL knowledge

·         Work with project leads (Development, Functional, Technical and
Interface/Conversion) to confirm and substantiate functional and technical
designs.

·         Experience with customizing PeopleSoft Workflow and must have
developed complex modules or bolt-ons to the applications with minimal
supervision
Perform analysis, design, coding and implementation of system changes,
customizations.

·         Strong functional & technical understanding of PeopleSoft in the
areas of Human Capital Management (HCM) – HR, Payroll, Time & Labor etc.,
especially North American Payroll

·         Must have experience in working in a structured, development
environment, using industry standard methodologies like CMMI, RUP etc

·         *Experience with Hyperion and Ariba would be a plus*

·         *Mentor junior developers and conduct design reviews*

·         *Interact and communicate with Client to provide status and
facilitate meetings, p**rovide feedback with regard to releases, etc. and
participate in all the technical review team meetings*
*Minimum Qualifications:*  *·*        BS degree in Information Systems or
related field *·*         3-7 years of experience with PeopleSoft *·*
Extensive experience with SDLC and systems analysis, design and
testing *·*
Exceptional analytical skills  *·*         Ability to learn independently,
work effectively in a team environment and work with a diverse user
community  *·*         Strong technical writing skills and the ability to
effectively communicate with users, technical staff and all levels of
management. *·*        A self-motivated individual with the ability to drive
towards high quality solutions and resolutions.


* * * * *PeopleSoft Administrator/DBA - 2 positions*



The PeopleSoft Administrators (PSAdmins) provide the management and
administration of the various PeopleSoft Environments.

*Job requirements:*

·         Migrations of PeopleSoft Objects from development through
production environments.

·         Support the Builds for releases/enhancements

·         Monitor and Support the Interface processes between various
systems

·         Plan, document, and test the Disaster Recovery procedures.

·         Support the developers with troubleshooting or design efforts as
needed.

·         Assist developers with SQL Tuning

·         Support incident reports related to production issues.

·         Resetting of passwords as mandated by the customer.

·         Provide input to various Level of Effort (LOE) documents for new
System Change Request (SCRs)

·         Support the refresh of various environments as needed.

·         Monitor database activities including backup and recovery for all
databases

·         Monitor Web, Application servers, and Process schedulers for all
environments.

·         Application of Web Certificates for all Production Web servers.

·         Apply patches and upgrades

·         Look for areas of improvements  and provide suggestions for
improvement

·         3-7 years’ experience with RDBMS (Oracle??) administration

·         Provide On-call support

·         BS degree in Information Systems or related field

·         3-7 years of experience with PeopleSoft Administration
