Job Type: Permanent Position.
* 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as Business Development & Technical
recruiters in a Staffing company/Consulting Firm.
* The ability to build relationships with direct clients and work on
closable requirements with preferred vendors.
* Ability to market bench W2 Consultants and close the deals with the
clients /preferred vendors.
* Handling Agreements/ contracts and Negotiations with prospects/clients.
* Ability to form alliances/partnership with approved vendors of various
agencies.
* Must be able to meet Targets.
* The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and
written correspondence.
* A positive attitude and team player mentality.
* The ability to work independently.
* New business development experience.
