Location : Sunnyvale, CA
Duration : 3 Months Contract
Job Description
Skill Sets:
- Good understanding of CMAT Integration
SQL
Tibco
Oracle Fusion BPEL, OWSM, ESB etc
Good written and oral communication skill
Work with Service Request with Oracle and Tibco
Assist Project Team on UAT:
- Learn the project BRD, Desgin and Technical knowledge
- Familiar with the new business processes
- Deploy Code in UAT Environment
- Review test cases
- Assist on debugging
Knowledge Transfer before Go Live:
- Document support related information that are other than testing for
support team
- Coordinate with project team to do knowledge transfer to support team
- Perform additional KT sessions to train support team from support
perspective
Go Live
- Modify/Update Rollout plans for Production
- Deploy Processes in Production
Post Go Live Support
- Work with project team on issues
- Document the issues/resolutions
- Share the issues/resolutions with Support team
