We are seeking a Senior Oracle Developer with the following skills:
Rate: D O E, located in Phoenix, AZ and 6 months long
Project: Supporting the Application Team during a migration to Oracle
11g. Responsibilities will involve adhoc queries for
business/technical team requests. SQL Loader scripts for loading
data. Writing packages/stored procedures and functions for business,
preferably in Business Objects.
* Strong Oracle Development skills
* Database design using Oracle 11G
* Crystal Reports
* Unix shell scripts
* Experience with Oracle upgrades
* Strong PL/SQL experience
* Experience with Oracle SQL Loader
* Ability to translate business questions and requirements into reports
* Effective communication
* Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to complete tasks with minimal direct supervision
* Familiarity with Business Objects is a plus
* Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus
