Title: QA Engineer

We need 1 QA engineer with the following requirements:
· FlexMonkium and SoapUI (a plus)
· Skills: Automation, functional testing, writing and execution of
test plans
· Years of Experience – 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer
· Quick learner – quick to adapt to change
· Used to working on Scrum teams or at least familiar with scrum
concepts.
We need three QA engineers with the following requirements:
· Skills: Automation (preferably Selenium), functional testing,
writing and execution of test plans
· Years of Experience – 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer
· Quick learner – quick to adapt to change
· Used to working on Scrum teams or at least familiar with scrum
concepts.
*Software QA Engineer*
*Responsibilities*:
· Performs all testing activities defined by the client Scrum and
Agile software development process.
· Works with product managers and other testers to define story
tests and test cases.
· Creates test data and test functions for the various test cases.
· Tests the product using a combination of automated & manual
testing.
· Writes precise and concise bug descriptions that add value for the
developers.
· Works closely with developers to reproduce and resolve bugs.
· Estimates required timeframe and deadlines for accomplishing tasks
in the project.
· Maximize design & scenario/test reuse and ensures quality
processes are occurring.
· Delivers quality products to the market.
· Performs any other related duties as may be assigned.
*Job Requirements:*
· Experience with automated testing tools specifically for *Flex/
Java* like Selenium, Flexmonkium is must.
· Experience with test driven development and Agile/Scrum
methodology.
· Ability to work with remote teams
· Self directed, ability to prioritize work independently
· Understanding of quality best practices, methodologies and the
product lifecycle.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet
deadlines.
· Good testing, troubleshooting, debugging and problem solving
skills.
*Education:*
BS/BA degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
experience and a minimum of *5 years* related work experience in the
software industry
