Experienced in Oracle 10g/11g installation, upgrades, and patching. In depth technical expertise, and implementation experience in Oracle technologies such as RAC, ASM, RMAN, DATA GUARD, Grid Control etc. Candidate should possess strong knowledge of overall database architecture and information life-cycle, and should be experienced with database optimization tools and methods, data modeling, data replication strategies, and database conversion procedures. Must be able to clone databases, conduct database refreshes, back-ups and recovery using RMAN and provide guidance to other personnel. Assist developers in performance and tuning queries & SQL. Candidate should be experienced in monitoring and troubleshooting database systems using Oracle Grid Control, and developing and maintaining scripts.
