You will be responsible for delivering webMethods programming solutions to meet client specific requirements related to H2H platform. H2H is an integration hub implemented using the webMethods product suite providing an integration layer for several applications and customers. Your daily responsibilities will include: *design, analysis, develop, code, test, debug and document programming to satisfy business requirements*. The individual should be proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques and in multiple business disciplines / functions. Specifically, this position will be responsible for building solutions using webMethods technology. This position will lead a team of 2-5 developers while sometimes working individually as well. The H2H application developer will create detail design specifications based on the business and functional requirements, validate estimates, build the most complex solutions, assign work to more junior developers, assist with junior developers questions / issues and provide coaching and technical knowledge, perform code and unit test reviews, fix bugs and support all testing cycles.
