Significant exposure to SF Implementations - CON 201 Certification, or at least someone with ADM301 certification and who has done Application Architecting for the SFDC Service or Sales Cloud b. Experience working on large enterprise implementations, with a focus on technical architecture (design and implementation) c. Significant exposure in Business Analysis during SF Implementations. Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com CRM d. Lead and/or contribute to all techno-functional aspects of projects developed e. Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements f. Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs g. Create development and integration plans h. Excellent communication and organizational skills, including a wide range of architectures and technologies 2. Advantageous a. Hands-on experience with creating CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force.com, VisualForce, JavaScript, HTML and XML b. Proficiency in programming using Salesforce, Apex, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions *2) **SF Consultant with CTI* Essential skills include: * Detailed knowledge of Contact Centre technology around routing intelligence, IVR, CTI, voice integrations and desktop integrations * Detailed understanding of Cisco CTI, SIP Server and Voice Platform architecture * Knowledge of messaging protocols * Experienced with installing and configuring single and multi-tenanted solutions * Methodical approach to troubleshooting and testing * Capable of planning environment builds including server OS and RDBMS specifications * Detailed understanding around the design of Cisco Unified Contact Centres * Detailed knowledge of voice, signalling and message paths for a Pre routing Service Provider integration and Post routing Enterprise integration for both IP and TDM voice solutions * Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Contact Centre application install, build & integration incl.
