Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customers samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area. Responsible for designing, developing and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. *Specialist: *Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4-6 years related experience or Master's degree and a minimum of 2-4 years experience.Computerized electronic test equipment. * Additional information:* This request is for a ‘Data Migration tester’ and we are looking for a candidate with ‘Strong SQL knowledge (Non-DBA)‘.
