Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Routers and Cisco
catalyst Switches.
· Coordinating with service providers (Telco's) for the
network link availability
· Good Knowledge on TCP/IP and troubleshooting
connectivity issues.
· In-depth knowledge of Routing Protocols (specifically
RIP, OSPF, IGRP, & EIGRP).
· In-depth knowledge of ISDN, frame-relay, T1/E1/T3
technologies and leased lines.
· Knowledge of VLAN, HSRP, ISDN, WAN, MPLS, Trunking
and VTP
· Experience with VPN (IPSec Tunneling and client
configurations).
· Exposure to network monitoring tools like CiscoWorks,
CA Spectrum, CA eHealth, etc
· Experience in VOIP , QOS and Bandwidth monitoring and
management tools
· Ability to take ownership and meet the set KPI target.
· Very good communication and customer relationship
skills
· Knowledge on ITIL framework is a must.
