*Functional Oracle HR/Payroll* Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 8 months Rate: $480 daily Must have: - 3+ years of Oracle EBS Full Life Cycle implementation experience - experience with a Global Distributed Delivery Model/working with offshore resources - excellent writing and communication skills to moderate daily/weekly calls with over 6+ client business groups - demonstrated experience gathering requirements, preparing Functional Specifications, writing Test Cases and executing Test Scripts - "hands-on" configuration experience with Human Resources, Self-Service HR, Payroll, Time & Labor (version 11.5.10+) - in-house check printing with custom XML templates for Payroll with ACH and Positive Pay interfaces to bank - experience with the following Payroll-related processes: complex labor union rules used for Payroll calculations, year-end processes including submitting W2 forms for SSA (U.S. Social Security Administration) and state filings, and integration with benefit vendors for managing health benefits, 401K, pension, etc. Experience with the following a plus: - integration of the Time & Labor module with external workforce management systems along with Project Accounting, EAM and Payroll. - integration with Imaging and Document Management solution for HR - enhanced Reporting capabilities with Oracle Discoverer Reporting Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
