This includes working with team lead to utilize technical specifications to provide enhancements and new development to an existing suite of applications, while adhering to standards and guidelines within 3M MVS. The candidate should have a solid understanding of object oriented programming and programming principles, a solid understanding of .NET, experience debugging and analyzing code, and working with team members to ensure a high quality end product. *Qualifications and Education Requirements* * * •Minimum 2 years experience coding in .NET with emphasis on C# as a programming language, ASP .Net, ADO.Net and SQL Server 2000/2005/2008. •Ability to communicate effectively within the team to ensure current organization standards and procedures are met. •Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required. •Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. Relevant job experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree. *Preferred Skills* * * •Experience with large-scale enterprise applications deployed using .NET. •Commitment to continuing professional development. •Experience in the Motor Vehicle Industry preferred. •Relative Microsoft Certification is preferred, but not required.
