Experience with Shims and the understanding when Shims need to be applied. Preferred Advanced experience with application packaging and integration toolsets. Strong understanding of automation concepts and how they are effectively applied to large environments, including the ability to implement, manage, and track changes across large populations of technology. Thorough technical knowledge of Microsoft feature set and security model. Professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage personal tasks independently. Ability to write white papers/document/training guides, does presentations, and coach other peers to transfer knowledge.
