1)Business Systems Analyst - Commercial Credit

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 9 Months

Position Description:

 

Business Analyst to support projects for Treasury Management (Commercial
Card) business segment. Key functional domains: sweep accounts, account
analysis, commercial credit cards, cash management products. Experience
working in a banking environment with Web Applications is required.
Experience with data mapping in the context of business intelligence / data
warehousing is desired.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

1. Drive the development of business requirements for medium to high
complexity processes.

o Define the business process inventory and approach to
gathering/documenting requirements.

o Document current-state processes and data for impacted business processes.

o Define gaps/issues to be resolved by the project, options for resolution,
and recommendation.

o Document future-state processes and data resulting from recommendations.

 

2. Support the Detailed Requirements, Design, Test, and Deployment phases.

 

o Detailed Requirements

- Work with the Business Areas to elicit and document Requirements

- Write use cases as required

- Review and gain approval for use cases, if applicable.

- Develop Work Flow Diagrams as required

- Review and gain approval for work flow diagrams, if applicable

- Resolve issues and action items.

- Assist in Test Planning

o Design

- Resolve issues and action items.

o Test

- Resolve issues and actions items

- Execute functional and system testing, if applicable

- Manage UAT testing efforts

 

 

2) Business Systems Analyst - Infrastructure Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 9 months

Position Description:

 

A highly organized Business Systems Analyst to support the coordination of
infrastructure tasks for new retail locations for both traditional branches
and retirement centers. Experience working with branch equipment and
coordination between various groups for new location installations is
desired. Must be a self-starter with ability to take direction and work
independently while also working in a team environment.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

1. Location Tracking - Track current and upcoming schedules of new retail
locations, maintain a dashboard of implementation dates.

2. Equipment - basic understanding of branch equipment, including ordering,
tracking, and movement of equipment in relation to new retail locations.

3. Implementation Schedule Tracking - Ability to keep project team on task
based on an agreed schedule, monitor and report progress and issues to
various audiences.

4. Coordination - Ability to work with a variety of areas to document and
understand requirements. Also, have an understanding of impact when dates or
requirements change.
