The goal of this project will be to build the middle tier business logic to accomplish that integration. The consultant will take a clearly defined spec to include business rules and develop an application that will read the database and invoke the appropriate script based on business rules. All requirements have been defined with regard to the rules engine that will be built and the expectation is that someone will be responsible to build it with little assistance from other team members.
