Client is currently seeking a PeopleSoft Project Lead - Test Manager for a long term project in Columbus, Ohio. Candidates must have experience managing PeopleSoft HR test teams on previous projects. This candidate should not be a hands-on tester. Qualified candidates will have experience developing test strategies and plans, working with users to define requirements and managing overall test process. Candidates MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION and an aggressive personality. *Title: PeopleSoft HR Project Lead - Test Manager* *Location: Columbus, OH* *Length: 9+ Months* *Hourly rate : DOE* *Number of Openings: 1* * * *Requirements: * *·** Manage overall testing efforts* *·** Defect management including design & analysis and running dashboards* *·** Produce System Test and subsequent testing plans* *·** Experience with PeopleSoft HR, particularly Time & Labor and Absence Management modules* *·** 5-10 years of experience in a senior level role* *·** Coordination of testing efforts with developers and technical team* *·** Coordinate execution of all IT testing* *·** Coordinate UAT planning and execution* *·** Generate required testing dashboards* *·** Review and manager defects that are created throughout testing lifecycle* *·** Oversee development and review of test scripts and scenarios* *·** Must understand how the business uses test plans * *·** Must have the ability to make sense of test cases* *·** Development of test calendar* *·** Ability to shift gears and wear multiple hats in a fast paced environment* *·** Status/Risk/Issue escalation as needed* *·** Experience with HP Quality Center* * * **** Candidate MUST be able to pass a background screen.* ** * Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
