The DataStage v8.* Developer performs high level technical data warehouse
analysis and programming.
Acts independently, under the general supervision and direction of the
Project Leader.
Responsible for understanding customer needs and processes to ensure
maximization of data analysis capabilities and performance from the data
warehouse solutions.
Persons working in this area are responsible for the overall development,
maintenance and support for the enterprise data warehouse system and
corresponding data marts as well as the presentation/reporting of the data
of the data warehouse.
Persons working in this area may specialize in one or more areas such as
business analysis or ETL Processing within the data warehousing environment
