Please forward profiles to [email protected] ** *Position1 : INFORMATICA CONSULTANT * *Location : Glen Allen, VA* *Duration : 6 Months+* *Pay Rate : $ 50/hr Max* Role/Responsibility: To provide in depth *data analysis and support across the Enterprise Data Warehouse and PACE Business Intelligence projects* in order to ensure and provide detailed assessments on the data mapping between existing reports against legacy data sources to future reporting capabilities against both operational data sources (FirstRx, FirstTrax, etc.) and the new Enterprise Data Warehouse. To become the data expert to support the PACE team with the creation of PACE Reports and BI Modules. Skills: *Extensive* Data Analysis Skills – 10+ years Exposure to one or more ETL tools – preferably Informatica – not necessarily skilled as a developer, but able to read data maps and understand metadata within the toolset Ability to read and understand data models, copybooks and file layout documentation (this requires COBOL experience & relational database experience) Ability to create comprehensive data element dictionaries Ability to create detailed data element level solution design documents for reporting and business intelligence modules Excellent organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Basic Project Management skills –enough to be able to lead a small group of project participants and manage the assignment and status of a list of tasks Strong understanding of healthcare data, particularly pharmacy and Medicaid data.
