To be more specific about the requirements, we need to find someone who can build helper classes to construct SOAP envelopes, send the SOAP request to our web service, and process the response. We need to manually build the helper classes because the Apex proxy generator does not support certain SOAP constructs present in the WSDL for our web service, such as WS-Security, import elements, etc. Client has a SW product that they offer their clients.
