This project requires HP consultants to assist with the design, implementation, configuration and optimization of the LANL Enterprise Collaboration Suite (ECS) components as described above including the subsequent migration of LANL Exchange, Blackberry and Sametime users to the new ECS infrastructure. Qualifications: Experience with the following project requirements; •Stand up a Microsoft Exchange 2010 beta and production infrastructure sized to support 14000 users with a 1OGB quota, running on LANL's infrastructure on Demand private cloud. •Load test infrastructure to 14,000 users •Migrate existing Exchange users (currently estimated at 3,000) from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010 at the server level. •Configure backup of infrastructure per industry best practices using NetApp SnapMirror and Tivoli enterprise storage. •Configure security for the infrastructure per industry best practices using Microsoft •Forefront Antivirus for Exchange and LANL's perimeter security including Císco ASA's and F5 appliances. •implement Exchange Unified Messaging and integrate with Broadsoft VolP infrastructure and Lucent 5ESS o Create script to perform automated, server based email contamination cleanups based on keyword search *Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) Implementation* •Implement RIM Blackberry Enterprise Server 5 beta and production infrastructure sized to support 6000 users per industry best practices running on LANL's lnfrastructure on Demand private cloud. •Load test infrastructure to 6000 users •Configure lT Policies per DISA/DOD STIG for Blackberry •Migrate all users from the existing 4.1 beta and production servers (currently 2000) to the new 5 beta and production server cluster at the server level •Test and implement S/MIME (Entrust) for Blackberry smart phones. Business Justification: Currently pursuing an Exchange 2007 to 2010 migration to include Blackberry Enterprise Server upgrade.
