Location: WI
Duration: 12 months
Rate: DOE
Candidate should have a strong Project Management background.
Responsibilities:
Engages with multiple Corporate large
projects.
Shares the goals of the project, being held accountable to the
successful delivery of the project within scope, schedule and cost.
Provides
an independent, comprehensive view of the project's performance using leading
indicators.
Coaches and mentors on SA&E Methodology resulting in process
adherence and quality completion of project Stage deliverables.
Participates
in identifying improvement strategies in the processes and delivery execution of
projects, to include areas such as education, metrics, identification of project
risk and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three to five
years experience as a project manager in large projects.
Must be able to
demonstrate proven consulting and leadership skills including process
facilitation, strategic perspective, business analysis and best practices
development.
Requires strong negotiation skills, ability to influence
business decisions, managerial courage and organizational agility.
Expertise
with process improvement and/or quality management systems (Six Sigma, ISO 9000,
CMM, etc..) and/or CSQE certification preferred.
