What I'm not sure about is which is overall easier for the user. I think
selecting a range within a yearly repeated holiday to create exceptions is a
good feature. But then how does the user delete an *entire* range of repeated
yearly holidays? Do they have to input the exact range? That sounds potentially
difficult.
