Can you clarify how these rules > should be applied for "edit record"? I accidentally attached another patch, so that comment can be ignored. The issue where rules are saved also when validation fails should be fixed. The "To test"-instruction regarding 245a was wrong, as only tag expressions are allowed (not subfields).
