Not all libraries want to have the check in option available on the patron
check out / details screens. The problem with this check in option is that it
doesn't process the item being checked in for the next hold or transfer, and
creates a missed step in the workflow.
Having the option to turn this feature on and off on patron screens would be
preferred.
