I agree with Donna that it would be helpful if libraries can decide whether or
not to show "claims returned" items on the patron's side. Our patrons do not
want to see items showing on their account if they have returned/claims
returned the items. And staff feel that if we have marked the items claims
returned that the items are no longer the patron's problem as we have accepted
that they have been returned.
