For libraries with a very focused patron base, it would be nice to be able to
define one of your values in Cities and Towns as the default, so it would be
pre-populated each time one makes a new patron, with the option to edit as
needed. For libraries where nearly all patrons come from the same
city/state/ZIP, this would be a big timesaver.
