I had a look at this from a NORMARC perspective, and as far as I can tell
(without actually testing it) it will be OK for NORMARC. I'll take the blame if
it isn't... :-)
Please remember that debian/templates/koha-conf-site.xml needs to be changed
too, so installations running off the packages behave the same way as the
others.
