Test plan: Easily testable with LibraryName: 1. edit /etc/apache2/sites-available/kohadev.conf 2. Add RequestHeader add X-Koha-SetEnv "OVERRIDE_SYSPREF_LibraryName Library of ❤️" 3. restart_all 4.
