The duplicate ID is not in the HTML of the template. The duplicate is created
by the "hcSticky" JavaScript library in order to create the "floating" toolbar.
This will be true on any page that uses the same feature.
I'm going to mark this as "WONTFIX" because I don't believe this is going to
cause practical problems. If someone finds otherwise please reopen this report.
