At the moment we have this markup:
intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/reserve/request.tt
<li> <strong>No items are available</strong> to be placed on hold</li>
This turns out in the po file as 2 separate strings:
No items are available
to be placed on hold
As you can't see them "together" it's really hard to figure out how to
translate especially the second part.
