I did some tests.
Data is not lost when you import, in case some field is not present in
frameworks.
But if you edit and save the record, then it's lost.
So, to prevent data loss, it would be convenient to hide the fields.
I volunteer to write a followup to do that.
Is that enough to proceed?
The missing fields are real.
