One of the requests from ICAL 2023 was that if during installation a type of
library (public, school, academic, special, all) could be chosen. This would
then set a bunch of preferences.
Initially it was expressed as a request to have cut down versions of Koha for
libraries that don't need all the features. I explained this is not something
we would do, but that would could perhaps disable/hide some.
