When enabling the makePreviousSerialAvailable syspref, the previously received serial's itemtype is set as defined in the subscription. (Please note that the item-level_itypes syspref must be set to specific item.) It is also made available. You can define the serialsFieldsToAV syspref to associate authorized values to the domain, origin and/or support fields. 995$l is automatically prefilled when receiving.
